A 4500 square metre project requiring a large multi-skilled team to complete, with the flexibility to complete the works while the store remained fully operational. The initial preparation work required all exterior cladding, window frames, doors, trims and all metal beams and structures to be thoroughly cleaned and spray coated with our anti-fungal/anti-moss biochemical solution.
A 450 square metre felt roof project which was leaking into the premises. The roof felt was around 20 years old, but replacing the felt was a high cost, so the customer decided on our of our coatings. Elasto-Kote is a self-priming elastomeric thermoplastic, offering exceptional, high performance waterproofing and suitable for metal, coated metal, concrete, asbestos and felt surfaces of pitched and flat roofs.
Large roof approx. 4000 square metres. We had an initial meeting with client to discuss any commercial concerns and to minimise any disruption to operations during the cleaning. We thoroughly cleaned the roof area and also the drainage systems and guttering before applying a biochemical solution to inhibit growth of moss and algae.
