The roof, walls, facia soffits and downpipes were thoroughly cleaned, coated in new colour and a new downpipe was fitted to replace the damaged one. A biochemical sealant was then applied to the roof and walls to inhibit further growth of moss, algae etc. The roof was sprayed in a black anthracite acrylic polymer coating.
The Job
On inspection the roof was looking patchy and in need of repair, there was evidence of lichen build up and several tiles were damaged. We replaced 36 tiles in total and re-pointed where necessary.
We pressure washed the roof to thoroughly clean the area for coating, we then applied an anti-fungal/anti-bryophytic solution to inhibit further growth of lichen/moss. The roof was then coated using Kinfisher Kolourseal in a Spanish Terracotta colour leaving the house looking outstanding.
- Roof Repaired and protection coated
- Walls all deep cleaned with anti-fungal treatment and sealed
- Walls coated in white finish
- Roof coated in terracotta colour
