We cleaned the roof to remove the moss and algae which had accumulated over time. We repointed the ridge tiles as the original render was crumbling and replaced the broken tiles. We thoroughly cleaned the walls, gutters facia and soffits. We also repaired the broken render on the walls.
The Job
Initial inspection revealed several broken terracotta tiles and render that had been compromised. The plastic verges looked tired and worn as did the wall coating.
We cleared the roof from all debris, replaced seven broken tiles and re-pointed the ridge tiles. We then applied an anti-fungal/anti bryophyitic solution to inhibit further moss growth and spray coated the roof with our Stoker Grey acrylic polymer coating. We then spray painted the plastic verges with a grey uPVC paint and the walls with two different shades of grey Weatherseal coating. Finally, we painted all the window sills and downpipes leaving the property looking pristine and protected from environmental wear and tear, with the coatings guaranteed for ten years.
